Since they are basic text, plans can be made w/ any notepad + shared as text.

I personally find this tool useful for:
Makes it easy to test adjustments later on.
Whenever I need floors and walls, I'll drop this in instead of placing them manually. A task which could easily take an hour or more instead takes a few seconds. Or a dungeon for example, placed manually can take a long time to adjust (maybe I want to see if a bigger version feels better), whereas this can go back and forth between changes in seconds. That's where it shines for me.
